- 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine apple juice, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the ribs with the sauce mixture.
4. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
5. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with more sauce. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
