Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs

Apple Butter BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup Apple Butter
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
  6. In a bowl, mix together apple butter, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap.
  8. Brush the ribs generously with the apple butter BBQ sauce.
  9. Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
