- 4 pieces Tuna steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
2. Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.
4. Sear or grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness.
5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
