Asian Style BBQ Back Ribs

Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Pork back ribs
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 2 hours.
4. Remove ribs from the oven and brush with the sauce mixture.
5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning occasionally, until caramelized and slightly charred.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
