Asian Style BBQ St Louis Ribs

Main Ingredients
- 2 racks St. Louis style ribs
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, black pepper, and salt.
Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the sauce mixture over both sides of the ribs.
Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2 hours.
Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
