Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks St. Louis style ribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the sauce mixture over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
