Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce for basting

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Thread the meatballs onto skewers.
  5. Grill the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Baste the meatballs with BBQ sauce and continue grilling for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
