Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 cup Cheese shredded, your choice
- 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Pepper to taste
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread slices.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
5. Add shredded cheese to the skillet and cook until melted and slightly crispy.
6. Place the grilled cheese on top of the avocado toast.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
