Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 piece Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream on each tortilla.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
