Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them.
  8. Brush BBQ sauce all over the ribs.
  9. Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
