  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
