Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, place the flour. Dredge each marinated chicken piece in the flour, shaking off excess.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
