- 4 fillets Salmon
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
3. Brush the salmon fillets with the balsamic mixture and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
