- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the potatoes on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and serve hot.
