Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. 3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it oil-side down on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. 4. Flip the dough and spread the barbeque sauce over the top. Add the shredded chicken, cheese, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  5. 5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. 6. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
