Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
