Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
