- 3 lbs Beef Brisket
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 6 pieces Sandwich Rolls
1. Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker.
2. Add the BBQ sauce, beef broth, and sliced onion.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
4. Remove the brisket and shred it using two forks.
5. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
