Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 equal pieces.
  4. On each piece, add chicken mixture, cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  6. Place calzones on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
