  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken thighs and grill for an additional 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
