  • 3 lb Chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chuck roast with olive oil.
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat the chuck roast with the spice mix.
  5. Place the chuck roast on the grill and cook for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
