- 3 lb Chuck roast
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chuck roast with olive oil.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Coat the chuck roast with the spice mix.
Place the chuck roast on the grill and cook for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
Remove from grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
