- 2 lbs Country Style Pork Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill the ribs for about 5 minutes on each side to get a nice sear.
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Place the seared ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 2 hours.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
