Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
- 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 Slider Buns
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and half of the BBQ sauce. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
Once meatballs are done, toss them in the remaining BBQ sauce.
Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each bun, topping with crumbled bacon.
