BBQ Oatmeal Meatloaf Recipe

Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Oats quick-cooking
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce divided
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, oats, beaten egg, milk, ¼ cup of BBQ sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
Spread the remaining ¼ cup of BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
