Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
