Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. Add the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
5. Serve on buns with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
