Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 box Corn Muffin Mix Follow package instructions
- 1 cup BBQ Pork Shredded
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions Optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package instructions.
Fill each muffin tin halfway with batter.
Add a spoonful of BBQ pork and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to each muffin tin.
Top with remaining muffin batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
