Ingredients 

Corn Muffin Mix

  • 1 box Corn Muffin Mix Follow package instructions
  • 1 cup BBQ Pork Shredded
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package instructions.
  3. Fill each muffin tin halfway with batter.
  4. Add a spoonful of BBQ pork and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to each muffin tin.
  5. Top with remaining muffin batter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
