- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 cup Coleslaw Optional
1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker.
2. Add BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until pork is tender.
4. Shred pork with forks and mix with sauce in slow cooker.
5. Serve on burger buns with coleslaw if desired.
