Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
  2. 2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Cook the ribs on the grill for 2 hours.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with BBQ sauce.
  7. 7. Place the ribs back on the grill for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
