Main Ingredients
- 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the lamb on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. The internal temperature should be 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
