  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place the lamb on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. The internal temperature should be 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
