BBQ Sauerkraut Casserole Recipe
A hearty and tangy casserole combining ground beef, sauerkraut, BBQ sauce, and cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained 14 oz
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles, cooked and drained 16 oz
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in sauerkraut, BBQ sauce, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the beef mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
