Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained 14 oz
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles, cooked and drained 16 oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Stir in sauerkraut, BBQ sauce, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the beef mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
