  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, and BBQ sauce. Mix well.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties and fry in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
