Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, and BBQ sauce. Mix well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Form the mixture into small patties and fry in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
