Blackberry Habanero BBQ Sauce
A spicy and sweet BBQ sauce perfect for grilling.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced habanero pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Blend the sauce until smooth.
Strain the sauce to remove seeds and any large pieces.
Store in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
