  • 4 slices Cheese mozzarella or similar
  • 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of pineapple between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  4. 4. Grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
