Brazilian Grilled Cheese with Pineapple
A delightful Brazilian twist on grilled cheese, featuring sweet pineapple.

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Cheese mozzarella or similar
- 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of pineapple between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
4. Grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
