Brisket with BBQ Sauce Recipe
This is a delicious and tender brisket recipe with a homemade BBQ sauce.

- 4 lbs Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the brisket from the oven and brush with the BBQ sauce. Return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
Let the brisket rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
