- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Green onion, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
