Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Green onions, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, and black pepper.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Serve hot with rice and side dishes.
