- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 each Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 each Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 each Zucchini sliced

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
