California Grilled Pizza
A delicious and fresh take on pizza, perfect for summer grilling.

Dough
- 1 lb Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Arugula fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it oil-side down on the grill.
Grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear, then flip the dough.
Spread marinara sauce over the grilled side, then add mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and arugula.
Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the grill, slice, and serve immediately.
