- 4 large bell peppers any color
- ½ cup BBQ sauce Carolina-style
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the peppers with the BBQ sauce mixture.
