  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for 4 hours, basting with the vinegar mixture every hour.
  4. 4. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding.
