- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to 225°F (107°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for 4 hours, basting with the vinegar mixture every hour.
4. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding.
