  • 12 fresh oysters shucked
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the shucked oysters on the grill.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the oysters.
  5. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through and the edges start to curl.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the oysters and grill for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
