- 12 fresh oysters shucked
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the shucked oysters on the grill.
Brush the butter mixture over the oysters.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through and the edges start to curl.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the oysters and grill for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
