  • 4 slices Bread Preferably thick slices
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Brush the butter mixture onto both sides of the bread slices.
  4. Place the bread slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each slice and grill for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
