Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in
  • 1 cup Fresh cherries pitted and halved
  • 1 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. In a saucepan, combine cherries, red onion, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the cherries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve the grilled chops with a generous spoonful of cherry chutney on top.
