- 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in
- 1 cup Fresh cherries pitted and halved
- 1 cup Red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
In a saucepan, combine cherries, red onion, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the cherries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve the grilled chops with a generous spoonful of cherry chutney on top.
