Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer with shredded chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut and serve.
