- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chile Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chile powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
