Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Ribs baby back or spare ribs
Marinade
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rice Wine
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice wine, sesame oil, minced garlic, and five-spice powder.
Place the pork ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the ribs are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the marinated ribs on it. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours. Remove the top foil and baste the ribs with the remaining marinade.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until the ribs are caramelized and tender.
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
