Chipotle Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe
Spicy and flavorful grilled chicken marinated in a chipotle sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix olive oil, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
