Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
