Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cut the tofu into ½-inch thick slices and brush with the cilantro-lime marinade.
  4. 4. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the tofu is heated through.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
