Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cut the tofu into ½-inch thick slices and brush with the cilantro-lime marinade.
4. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the tofu is heated through.
5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
