Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
