Coconut and Lime Grilled Kale

- 1 bunch Kale washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Flakes toasted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the kale on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until slightly charred and wilted.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
