  • 1 bunch Kale washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Flakes toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the kale on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until slightly charred and wilted.
  4. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
