Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
