Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
